INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 🧂 ½ teaspoon salt
- 🍬 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 🌰 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Optional)
Wet Ingredients
- 💧 ½ cup water
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
STEPS
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet.
Grind rolled oats in a blender or food processor to a coarse flour.
In a bowl, combine oat flour, whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.
Roll the dough out 1/8-inch thick on the prepared baking sheet. Partially slice through dough into desired shapes using a knife.
Bake in preheated oven for 10–15 minutes or until lightly browned. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
Cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking along score lines into individual crackers.
