- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦐 2 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 90g diced daikon
- 🥬 5mm sliced daikon leaves
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

- 💧 Water to rice cooker line

Dice the daikon into 1cm cubes and slice the daikon leaves into 5mm strips.

Add soaked rice, sake, salt, and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup line. Mix well and flatten the rice.

Spread sakura shrimp and diced daikon evenly on top of the rice. Cook using the regular rice setting.

Once cooked, add the sliced daikon leaves and mix gently.
