Main Ingredients
- 50g salmon roe
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
- 150g spaghetti
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste

Dice the avocado into 2cm cubes. Julienne the cucumber and shiso leaves.

Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the water.

In a bowl, mix the avocado, cucumber, and all seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, wasabi, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper).

Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and mix well. Plate the dish and top with julienned shiso leaves and salmon roe.
