Wrapper
- 4 sheets rice paper
Protein
- 🐟 50g smoked salmon
- 2 crab sticks
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Noodles
- 10g vermicelli noodles
Sauce
- Sweet chili sauce, as needed
步驟
Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces at an angle. Halve the crab sticks lengthwise.
Julienne the carrot and cucumber into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, cook vermicelli noodles over medium heat for 2 minutes, drain, and let cool. Cut into manageable lengths.
Dip rice paper in lukewarm water to soften. Place smoked salmon, crab stick, cilantro, carrot, cucumber, and vermicelli noodles (1/4 of each) on the paper. Roll tightly from the bottom. Repeat for all 4 rolls.
Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange on a plate and serve with sweet chili sauce.
