- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🥔 2 potatoes (200g), thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🌰 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Thinly slice the carrot and potatoes into sticks. Soak the potatoes in water, then drain and pat dry.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Add the potatoes and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes. Add the seasonings (mirin, salt, chicken stock powder, and sesame seeds) and stir quickly to combine.
