- 🌊 20 sheets of seaweed
Seasoning Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 200ml water
- 🧂 10 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the seaweed into six equal pieces.

Combine water, soy sauce, corn syrup, and minced garlic in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Once boiling, turn off the heat and add sesame oil.

Place the seaweed in an airtight container and pour the sauce over it.

Press the seaweed down gently to ensure the sauce is absorbed evenly.

Flip the seaweed and coat the top side with the sauce.
