- 100g bean sprouts
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds, to taste
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Julienne the cucumber.

Place bean sprouts and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5–2 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, then add the bean sprouts and cucumber. Toss to combine.

Plate the mixture, top with egg yolk, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
