- 🦑 160g squid, sliced into rings
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, about 300g
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, about 85g
- 1/2 red bell pepper, about 75g
- 🌿 7.5g fresh basil leaves
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Condiments
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper

步驟
Microwave the potatoes until soft, about 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add squid rings and stir-fry quickly for 2–3 minutes.
Add zucchini, red bell pepper, and pre-cooked potatoes to the pan. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Season with sake, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add fresh basil leaves and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
Serve on a plate and garnish with grated cheese and black pepper.
