- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 100g tatsoi, chopped
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder

Cut the tatsoi into 4cm-wide pieces, removing the tough root parts. Mince the garlic.

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and garlic, and stir-fry briefly.

Add the tatsoi and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, chicken stock powder) and mix well.
