- 3 shiso leaves
Broth
- 2 cups dashi broth

Cut the tomato into six wedges, then halve them horizontally. Slice the myoga thinly and cut the shiso leaves into thin strips after halving them lengthwise.

Bring the dashi broth to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and dissolve the miso. Add the tomato and simmer briefly, then stir in the myoga and shiso.
