- 🥒 1 zucchini (170g), sliced into 1cm rounds
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus, cut into 1.5cm pieces
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi, mashed into paste
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Slice zucchini into 1cm rounds and mash the umeboshi into a paste.

Cut boiled octopus into 1.5cm pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add zucchini and octopus, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add ume paste, mirin, and soy sauce, then stir-fry briefly.
