Main Ingredients
- 120g glass noodles
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧅 15cm green onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp plum syrup or corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Soak the glass noodles in hot water until softened. If time allows, soak in cold water for better texture.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms, green chili, and green onion.
Mix all sauce ingredients except sesame oil in a bowl.
Heat 4 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add green onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the green chili and sauté briefly.
Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat until they release their moisture and become glossy.
Add the soaked glass noodles, 2/3 of the sauce, and 1/2 cup of water. Stir-fry over high heat until the noodles absorb the sauce.
Taste and adjust seasoning with the remaining sauce if needed. Finish with sesame oil.
Serve the noodles on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
