Mushrooms
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms (100g)
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms (100g)
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, a pinch
- 🧈 10g salted butter
步驟
Slice shiitake mushrooms into thin 5mm pieces, separate caps and stems. Cut king oyster mushrooms in half lengthwise and slice into 5mm strips. Trim shimeji mushrooms and break into bite-sized pieces. Tear maitake mushrooms into small chunks. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic, shiitake, king oyster, shimeji, and maitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and butter. Mix quickly to combine flavors.
Plate the stir-fried mushrooms and garnish with chopped parsley.
