Protein
- 🥓 70g block bacon
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1/2 bamboo shoot (cooked)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 150cc olive oil
- Chili slices to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Cut the bamboo shoot into sections: thin slices for the tip and 5mm strips for the base. Halve the garlic, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Cut the block bacon into 1cm cubes. Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil, garlic, chili slices, and salt in a pot over low heat. Once aromatic, add bacon, octopus, and bamboo shoot. Simmer over medium heat.
