- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetable
- 100g alfalfa
Seasoning
- 2g bonito flakes
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the beaten egg and stir until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.

Add the remaining salad oil (1/2 tbsp) to the same pan and heat. Stir-fry the alfalfa briefly, then add the cooked egg, bonito flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well and serve.
