Main Ingredients
- 🐟 150g dried anchovies
- 🌰 3 handfuls almonds
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50ml water
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Add 2 tbsp of cooking wine to the dried anchovies. Stir-fry them over high heat for 2–3 minutes until crispy to remove the fishy smell. Set aside.
In the same pan, add 3 handfuls of almonds and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute. Avoid overcooking to prevent bitterness.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 50ml water to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil until the sauce is fragrant.
Add the pre-fried anchovies and almonds to the sauce. Stir-fry over medium heat until evenly coated.
Turn off the heat and mix in 5 tbsp of corn syrup. Stir well to avoid hardening.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly.
Serve the almond anchovy stir-fry on a plate. Enjoy!
