Dry Ingredients
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 3g baking powder
- 🧂 80g sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 100g softened butter
- 🥚 1 egg
Mix-ins
- 🍫 80g chocolate chips
- 🌰 100g sliced almonds
步驟
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, cream 100g softened butter using a whisk until smooth.
Add 80g sugar to the butter and mix until fully combined.
Add 1 egg to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
Sift 200g all-purpose flour and 3g baking powder into the mixture.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
Add 100g sliced almonds and 80g chocolate chips to the dough and mix gently.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon the dough onto the tray in small portions.
Flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon to shape the cookies.
Bake the cookies at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer the baked cookies to a cooling rack and let them cool completely.
