Tart Dough
- 140g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 6g sugar
- 🧂 4g salt
- 🧈 100g cold butter
- 💧 50ml water
Apple Filling
- 🍎 1 apple
- 🧂 40g sugar
- 💧 100ml water
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Optional Ingredients
- 🍋 Lemon juice as desired
- Fruit jam as desired
- 🧂 Powdered sugar as desired
步驟
Mix flour, salt, and sugar together. Cut cold butter into small pieces (1–2cm) and add to the flour mixture.
Combine the butter and flour mixture by hand until crumbly. Add water and mix until a dough forms.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Slice the apple thinly. Optionally, use two apples for variety in color.
Cook apple slices with sugar, water, and cinnamon over medium heat until softened. Optionally, add lemon juice for enhanced flavor and color.
Roll out the chilled dough thinly and cut into long strips.
Layer apple slices on the dough strips, slightly overlapping. Optionally, spread fruit jam on the dough for extra sweetness.
Fold the dough over the apple slices and roll into a rose shape.
Place the rolled tarts into a muffin tin. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes.
Optionally, dust with powdered sugar for decoration before serving.
