Main Ingredients
- 🍎 1 apple
- 🧅 2/3 onion
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🍶 1 cup heavy cream
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- A pinch of parsley
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
步驟
Wash the apple and onion thoroughly.
Slice the apple and onion as thinly as possible.
Prepare 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream.
Melt a small piece of butter in a pot.
Sauté the sliced onion in the melted butter until golden and soft.
Add the sliced apple to the pot and continue sautéing until the apple softens.
Pour in the milk and heavy cream, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
Add 1 tsp of cinnamon powder and blend again to mix evenly.
Season with 1 tsp of salt and stir well.
Garnish with a pinch of parsley before serving.
