- 150g atsuage (fried tofu)

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut the chives into 4cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil and garlic paste in a frying pan, then add atsuage. Stir-fry over medium heat until the tofu is golden brown.
