Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) warm rice
Seafood
- 🦪 65g canned clams (water-packed)
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Drain the canned clams.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Add clams and stir briefly, then add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sesame seeds) and mix well.

In a bowl, combine the warm rice with the cooked ingredients from the pan and mix thoroughly.
