Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Seafood
- 🦪 200g clams (purged)
Meat
- 🍗 120g ground chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🌱 6 snap peas (60g)
- 🌱 50g bean sprouts
- 1/2 piece ginger
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 500ml water
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

Prepare the clams by purging them in water for 30 minutes.

Slice the ginger thinly and trim the snap peas.

In a pot, heat 2 tbsp sake and add the ground chicken. Cook until browned.

Add the clams, ginger, chicken broth powder, water, and salt to the pot. Simmer until the clams open.

Add the snap peas and bean sprouts. Cook for 2–3 minutes until tender.

Place the cooked rice in serving bowls and pour the soup mixture over it.
