Seafood
- 🐚 120g clams (purged)
Tofu
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 bunch chives
Condiments
- 60g kimchi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 300ml water
步驟

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add kimchi and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes to enhance its flavor.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil.

Add chicken stock powder and miso, stirring until dissolved.

Add clams and cook until they open, approximately 3–5 minutes.

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and gently add to the soup.

Add chopped chives and simmer for another 2 minutes.
