- 🍝 60g penne
Seafood
- 🐚 100g clams (purged)
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna in oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 💧 200ml water

Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan until fragrant. Add clams and sake, cover, and steam over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until clams open. Remove clams.

In the same pan, add tuna and the seasoning ingredients (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, water). Mix well and bring to a simmer. Add penne and cook covered for the time indicated on the package.

Uncover the pan, evaporate excess liquid, return clams, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
