- 🐚 200g clams, pre-purged
Vegetables
- 50g wakame
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp Hatcho miso

Cut the green onion into 4cm pieces and slice wakame into bite-sized pieces.

Steam clams with sake over medium heat until shells open. Remove clam meat from shells.

Blanch green onion for 30 seconds and wakame until color changes. Drain and cool.

Mix sugar, vinegar, and Hatcho miso in a bowl to make the dressing.

Arrange clams, green onion, and wakame on a plate. Drizzle with dressing.
