Noodles
- 🍜 1 frozen udon noodle
Seafood
- 🦪 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Liquids
- 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 150ml water
- 150ml unsweetened soy milk

Slice the garlic thinly.

Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add clams and sake, cover, and steam for about 2 minutes until clams open.

Add water and wakame to the pot, heat over medium, and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam or impurities.

Add udon noodles and cook according to package instructions. Stir in salt and soy milk, and warm over low heat.
