Main Ingredients
- 20g vermicelli
- 3 stalks asparagus (60g)
- 1 tsp dried wakame
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds

Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half with a peeler. Cut into diagonal slices about 4cm long. Cut vermicelli into manageable lengths.

Add all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) into a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add asparagus, vermicelli, and wakame, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Stir in sesame oil.

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
