Meat
- 8 slices (200g) thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 stalks (80g) asparagus
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus stalks and cut them into quarters.
Cut the pork slices in half and wrap each piece around a piece of asparagus. Make 16 rolls in total.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Wipe off excess oil from the pan, add the sauce, and increase the heat. Simmer and coat the rolls with the sauce as it thickens.
