- 🌱 4 green asparagus (80g)
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg (55g)
Seasoning

Flour
- 🌾 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
Breadcrumbs
- Sufficient amount of panko breadcrumbs
Oil
- Sufficient amount of salad oil

步驟
Peel and devein the shrimp, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the asparagus and cut into similar-sized pieces as the shrimp.
Season shrimp and asparagus with salt and pepper.
Coat the shrimp and asparagus in flour, then dip in beaten egg.
Roll the coated shrimp and asparagus in panko breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pan and deep-fry the shrimp and asparagus until golden brown.
Mix sansho powder and salt to create sansho salt for dipping.
Serve the shrimp and asparagus cutlets with sansho salt on the side.
