- 🌱 6 spears asparagus (120g)

- Black pepper, to taste
步驟
Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the lower half with a peeler. Place them on a microwave-safe plate, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5–2 minutes until tender. Cool in water and pat dry.
Wrap each asparagus spear with one slice of prosciutto. Repeat for all 6 spears.
Arrange on a plate, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with grated cheese, and season with black pepper.
