- 150g silken tofu
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- Seaweed flakes, as needed
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp wasabi
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the avocado into 2cm cubes after removing the pit and skin. Mix the avocado with lemon juice in a bowl. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes.

Mix all dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, wasabi, sesame seeds) in a bowl.

Layer lettuce, avocado, and tofu on a serving plate. Drizzle the dressing over and sprinkle seaweed flakes on top.
