步驟
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, twist to separate, and remove the pit using the base of a knife.
Scoop out a small portion of the avocado flesh to create space for the egg. Crack one egg into each avocado half.
Drizzle mayonnaise evenly over the eggs and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the avocado halves on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Cover them with another piece of foil and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
