- 🦐 200g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves (60g), sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 A pinch of garlic paste
步驟
Slice lettuce into 1cm strips. Peel and dice avocado into 3cm cubes. Coat avocado with half the cornstarch (1.5 tbsp).
Wash shrimp and pat dry. Mix shrimp with sake and the remaining cornstarch (1.5 tbsp).
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook avocado for 1-2 minutes until browned, then flip. Push avocado to the side and add shrimp. Cook for 1 minute per side until shrimp is fully cooked.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add cooked shrimp and avocado, and toss to coat.
Plate lettuce and top with the shrimp and avocado mixture.
