- 1 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Remove the pit and peel from the avocado, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the avocado lengthwise, make a cut around the pit, and twist the halves apart. Carefully insert the knife into the pit and twist to remove it. Peel the skin and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (salt, black pepper, grated garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil) thoroughly. Add the avocado pieces and toss until evenly coated.
