Flour
- 50g all-purpose flour
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Sugar
- 🧂 50g sugar
Flavoring
- 3 drops vanilla oil
步驟
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the yolks lightly.
Gradually add sugar to the egg whites in three portions and whip into stiff peaks.
Add one-third of the beaten yolks to the meringue and mix quickly with a hand blender. Gradually add the remaining yolks and mix well.
Sift the flour and gently fold it into the mixture.
Add 3 drops of vanilla oil for a fragrant flavor.
Prepare a piping bag or use a plastic bag with a small cut at the corner. Pipe the batter onto a baking tray in desired shapes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 10–15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool before serving.
