- 5 baby corns
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Meat
- 4 slices bacon
Seasoning
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, as needed
步驟

Cut baby corn into quarters lengthwise and slice bacon into 1cm strips.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add baby corn and bacon, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Add bean sprouts and stir until slightly softened. Sprinkle chicken broth powder and salt and pepper.

Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
