- 💧 400ml water
- 1 tbsp baby miso paste
- 🥒 40g zucchini, chopped
- 🧅 40g onion, chopped
- 🍄 30g enoki mushrooms
- 🥔 40g radish, chopped

Prepare all ingredients by chopping zucchini, onion, enoki mushrooms, and radish into baby-friendly sizes.

Add 400ml of water to a pot and bring it to a boil.

Once the water starts boiling, dissolve 1 tbsp of baby miso paste into the water.

Add all the prepared vegetables into the pot.

Let the soup simmer for 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
