- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥬 50g spinach
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso

Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.

Trim the spinach roots, make cross cuts, wash in water, and cut into 3cm pieces.

Boil a small amount of water in a pot, add spinach, cover, and cook until wilted. Remove, cool in cold water, and squeeze out excess water.

Wash the pot, add water, dashi powder, and bacon. Simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes.

Dissolve miso into the soup, add spinach, and remove from heat just before boiling.
