Pancake
- 150g pancake mix
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 3 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Other Ingredients
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 leaves lettuce (50g)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Mix pancake mix, milk, and yogurt in a bowl until smooth.

Heat half the butter (10g) in a pan over low heat, pour half the batter, and cook until bubbles appear. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes until done. Repeat for 2 pancakes.

Add salad oil to the pan, heat over medium, and cook eggs and bacon. Fry bacon until crispy and eggs to desired doneness.

Place a pancake on a plate, add torn lettuce, bacon, and a fried egg. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat for the second serving.
