- 🍞 300g bread
- 🥓 200g bacon
- 🥚 3-4 eggs
- 🍯 Honey or syrup to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- 🧂 Small amount of pepper
- Mustard to taste
- 🌿 Small amount of parsley powder
步驟
Boil 2 eggs for 10-13 minutes until hard-boiled.
Prepare the sauce by mixing honey, parsley powder, and mustard to taste.
Chop the egg whites finely and mash the yolks. Mix with mayonnaise to create the egg filling.
Trim the edges of the bread and flatten each slice using a rolling pin or similar tool.
Spread the prepared sauce on one side of the bread, add the egg filling, and roll tightly.
Dip the rolled bread into beaten eggs to coat them evenly.
Wrap each roll with bacon and sprinkle parsley powder on top.
Pan-fry the rolls on medium to low heat, starting with the seam side down. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
