- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
- 🥓 4 strips of bacon
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
Seasonings
- 🍅 8 tbsp tomato sauce
- 🧂 4 tbsp sugar
Mashed Potato Seasonings
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 4 tsp sugar
步驟
Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
Boil the potatoes in water with a pinch of salt over medium heat.
Drain the boiled potatoes and mash them using a fork or masher. Season with mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin.
Spread tomato sauce on the bread, leaving the bottom part empty and the top part slightly more spacious.
Shape the mashed potatoes into a long strip and place them on the bread. Roll the bread tightly.
Dip the rolled bread into beaten eggs, ensuring full coverage.
Place a strip of bacon on a cutting board and wrap it around the egg-coated bread roll.
Heat a pan with oil and place the bacon seam side down. Cook until sealed, then roll and cook evenly.
