Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🧅 Generous amount of green onion
Meat
- 🥓 1 pack of bacon
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步驟
Prepare potatoes, carrot, green onion, and bacon.
Julienne the vegetables using a slicer. Remove starch from potatoes and dry them.
Slice bacon into long strips.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry potatoes until they turn translucent.
Add carrot, green onion, and bacon to the pan. Stir well and cook until everything is evenly mixed and cooked.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well.
Serve the bacon potato stir-fry warm.
