Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 cup rice cakes
- 🥓 5 strips bacon
Vegetables
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 pinch black pepper

- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 🌑 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
步驟
Slice garlic into thin pieces (0.3 cm thick).
Chop green onion into small pieces (0.3 cm thick).
Cut bacon into 3 cm pieces.
Boil rice cakes in hot water for 30 seconds.
Rinse boiled rice cakes in cold water and drain.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic and green onion.
Add bacon to the pan and stir-fry until crispy.
Add rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry with the bacon.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and a pinch of black pepper, then mix well.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp black sesame seeds on top and serve.
