- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices long bacon
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Butter
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn

In a bowl, mix cooked rice with soy sauce and canned corn using a cutting motion to create soy sauce rice. Divide into 4 portions and shape into oval rice balls.

Wrap each rice ball with a slice of bacon. Repeat for all 4 rice balls.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the bacon-wrapped rice balls seam-side down and cook, rolling occasionally, until evenly browned. Add butter, let it melt, and coat the rice balls evenly.
