Vegetables
- 500g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🍄 1/2 mushroom, sliced
- 10 perilla leaves, sliced
Meat
- 300g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
步驟
Slice the onion, chop the green onion, and slice the mushroom.
Cut the perilla leaves into halves and slice them thinly.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Place the bean sprouts in a pan and layer onion, green onion, mushroom, pork belly, perilla leaves, and sauce on top.
Cook until the bean sprouts release water and everything is evenly mixed and cooked.
