- 🍚 1 bowl of rice cake slices
- 🟫 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 坚果 A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
步驟
Rinse the rice cake slices lightly under running water and drain them using a strainer.
Prepare brown sugar, water, and soy sauce according to the measurements.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add enough cooking oil. Fry the rice cake slices until golden and crispy.
In a dry pan, heat over low heat and add 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 3 tbsp brown sugar. Simmer until bubbly.
Add the fried rice cakes to the sauce and coat them evenly.
Serve the sugar rice cakes hot and enjoy their crispy exterior and chewy interior.
