Noodles
- 80g somen noodles
Seafood
- 50g tuna (cut-offs)
Legumes
- 1 pack natto
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetables
- 60g nagaimo (Japanese yam)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Cook somen noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Marinate tuna in a mixture of sake, mirin, and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Slice nagaimo, cucumber, and tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange somen noodles in a bowl and top with marinated tuna, natto, sliced vegetables, and shiso leaves.
Mix egg yolk with a small amount of soy sauce to create a creamy sauce and drizzle over the dish.
