Main Ingredients
- 100g bamboo shoot (boiled)
- 20g vermicelli
- 1 tsp dried wakame
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds

Cut the bamboo shoot into wedges and thin slices as described. Use kitchen scissors to cut vermicelli into manageable lengths.

In a pot, combine all seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add bamboo shoot, vermicelli, and wakame. Simmer on low heat for 4 minutes until vermicelli is cooked. Stir in sesame oil.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
