- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Vinegar Miso Dressing
- 1 tsp ground white sesame
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso

Soak dried wakame in a bowl of water (not listed in ingredients) until rehydrated. Drain the water.

Cut the bamboo shoots in half lengthwise and rinse off any white residue. Separate the tips and the base. Slice the tips into thirds in a radial pattern and cut the base into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all the vinegar miso dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add the wakame and bamboo shoots, then toss to combine.
