- 200g bamboo shoots (boiled)
Condiment
- 1 pickled plum
- 1.3g bonito flakes
Seasoning
- 300cc water
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the boiled bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces. Remove the seed from the pickled plum and roughly chop it.

In a pot, combine water, dashi powder, sake, mirin, soy sauce, pickled plum, and bamboo shoots. Bring to a boil, then cover with a drop lid and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Serve in a dish and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
